To request repair service for products that were purchased through our Web Store, please contact us at this site. For any inquiries that are made directly to a store location a representative will ask for the product name, size, color, date of purchase, whether proof of purchase can be provided (receipt or tags), if the original packaging is still available or not, and if there is any past history of repair. We kindly ask you to have all this information prepared in advance.
