Please make sure to check the tour being held on event calendar before your applying.
Event time varies depending on the event calendar（First event might start at 9:00）
Although the tour is scheduled to take approximately 90 minutes, we can make it 60 minutes for the same price.
Please meet up 15 minutes before the start time
In the case of application from travel agency, please fill in name and contact details（telephone・mail address）
The guided tour is operated 40 people in one group.
When the total number of participants in one group gets above 40, they will be divided into several groups, and the guided tour starts in different time
When the total number of participants in one group gets below 40, you might have a tour with other group.
Accompanying person(teacher) have to pay tour fee.
Caregiver is free per handicap person.
Parking fee per hour
Large bus （30㎡/ 45 seater） JPY 8,000 per hour
Middle bus （23㎡/ 28 seater） JPY 6,000 per hour
Small bus （15㎡/ 20 seater） JPY 4,000 per hour
Parking time is supposed to be 2 hours for 90 minutes tour, 1hour for 60 minutes tour. After the tour is finished, please leave quickly.
Getting on and off inside the stadium except parking is prohibited.
Meeting place is P3 gate if you use parking area inside the stadium. Please meet up 15 minutes before the tour starts. Please refer to the document which is sent later.
There's a possibility that we cannot fulfill your parking request due to construction work. In the case of a change in parking, we will adjust the difference later.
We don’t issue a receipt as a rule. Only if you request, we issue it as a PDF.
Please be consistent with name between invoice and transfer.
If the dates you applied for are acceptable, it will be considered a tentative reservation.
*After making a tentative reservation, an invoice will be issued approximately 1 to 1.5 months before the event. Please finalize the amount (number of participants and vehicle) before the invoice is issued.
After the invoice is issued, please make payment no later than 20 days before the trip.
We do not deal with refunds or deductions after payment.
PDF data is general rule. Send the original only if you request.
